How can I order the products?

To order your products from our store you need to:

  1. Add the products to the cart;
  2. Proceed to checkout by logging in or registering;
  3. Confirm the shipping address;
  4. Proceed to payment.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There is no minimum purchase order.

How should I store the products?

All products must be stored in a cool, dry place. To be consumed by the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is completed, you will receive a message at your registered email address confirming your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk or Spam folder, and if you are using a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder.

How can I pay?

You can make a payment using the following methods: Bank transfer, Credit cards, Prepaid cards, Paypal (only in 3 installments).

I received a discount code, how do I use it?

Once you receive the discount code, copy it and paste it into the designated text box during the checkout process. Click on the APPLY DISCOUNT button, and complete the purchase procedure with the payment.

What are the shipping times?

Our products are shipped via express courier, ensuring delivery within 5 working days from dispatch within the national territory.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost in Italy is 6 euros for all products.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we generally take 5 working days. When the Express Courier has picked up your package, you will receive an email and/or a text message at the phone number provided during the purchase, with the tracking link for the shipment.
