Lievitato naturalmente per 48 ore, questo dolce tradizionale si distingue per il suo impasto alla vaniglia del Madagascar incredibilmente soffice e fragrante arricchito con pasta di mandorle, pronto a deliziare i tuoi sensi. La sua vera anima è però nella sua dolce e leggera farcitura: scioglievoli pezzettoni di albicocca Pellecchiella del Vesuvio  che creano un connubio sensoriale perfetto con la pasta di mandorla dell'impasto. Tocco finale copertura di glassa alle mandorle e granella di zucchero.
